Popular Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has waded into reports making waves that the alleged s£x tape with her boyfriend was for a publicity stunt and not as real as she seems.
The singer earlier disclosed in an Interview that someone is trying to blackmail her with a s£x tape she did with her boyfriend.
She however indicated that she’s not going to pay anything to the unknown person behind the blackmail as she termed it natural
She gave fans the heads up that the video is going to storm the internet hence her fans shouldn’t bother to fight it adding that she’s going to open up about it to her son.
According to her, the tape was mistakenly posted on Snapchat by her lover but got deleted minutes later after rectifying it.
Well, this had led to several reactions as the video surfaced on the internet on Monday evening as many quizzes her for being careless and others are of the view that the s£x tape is for a publicity stunt.
Tiwa Savage has reacted to the heavy backlashes as she took to her Instagram story saying those making comments that its public stunts are disappointed she was able to control the narrative and not let the tape destroy her.
Part of the post read, “You hated how I was able to control the narrative and get ahead of a story before it consumed me and how I was able to joke on stage about something you thought will destroy me and make me ashamed”
