On Friday night, a tragic accident occurred near Bono Manso, a town located on the Techiman-Kintampo Highway in the Bono East Region. Reports indicate that five individuals lost their lives as they were burnt to ashes in the incident.

Tragically, it collided head-on with a trailer transporting beverages, suspected to be alcoholic, heading in the opposite direction. The collision ignited a fire that quickly engulfed both vehicles, leading to the destruction of the bus and the trailer.

The collision resulted in a massive explosion, causing both vehicles to be consumed by fire. They also claimed that there were numerous passengers onboard the bus at the time of the incident.
