SHAI MUSIC AWARDS RELEASE NOMINEES’ VOTING CODE AND PROCEDURES
The first ever edition of Shai Music Awards is on-going as nomination has come to an end, the nominees list are out and finally the voting process.
The voting is by 2 ways; either by MTN Mobile Money or using Castvotegh app or website.
Below is the procedure to follow to vote through MTN Mobile Money:
- You will enter the ultimate code Shai Music Awards *447*714#
- A menu will appear as seen below:
- Enter 1 that Vote and click on send

- The next menu is ‘Enter Nominee’s Code’ of your preferred Artiste and click on Send

- The Next Menu is very important; it shows the name of the person you are voting for and the number of Votes you want to cast, please kindly check the name of the before you continue the process

- After entering the number of Votes you want to cast, the next stage is the Summary of the procedure. You will be asked to enter 1 to Proceed.

- Now An Authorize message will appear for you to enter your Momo Pin to conclude the payment.
Kindly enter your Momo Pin and Send.

- In the next step they will ask you a question whether you want to approve this transaction or not.
Kindly select 1 and send

- Now at this point you have passed through all the procedures. MTN will now send you the amount they have deducted and your remaining balance.

- Finally Castvotegh will send you a SMS for a successfully casting a vote.
