“They Call Me Walking Dead” Meet Kamanayo The World’s Thinnest Man Who Refused To Die

Kamanayo was once a strong man but woke up one day with none of his organs functioning. He narrates his deadly story of how he died and woke up after 2 days.

Kamanayo says he fell ill and stopped breathing while receiving treatment, at a point he was declared dead by medical doctors. After two days, something strange happened while his body was being delivered to his family in a trash bag amid tears and mourning.

Kamanayo’s return to life was a miracle of itself, but no one has yet figured out how it happened. He allegedly refused to die, and as a result, he’s become known as the ‘walking dead.’ Even the doctors were shocked, so he had to stay in the hospital for a week to allow them to examine him.

He was eventually discharged from the hospital, but not before he had become the world’s thinnest man due to the failure of several of his organs. In his current state, he is incapable of taking care of himself and is completely reliant on his wife, who has sworn to always be there for him no matter what happens.
