Judith Bossoh, a young Ghanaian nurse, has died in an automobile accident, eliciting a wide range of comments from netizens.
Tell It All, a popular Facebook page, claimed that Judith Bossoh, a midwife from the Ahafo Region, died in a fatal traffic accident.
During the National Commemoration of International Day of the Midwife last year, the energetic young girl was acknowledged as the finest Midwife in the Ahafo Region.
Many Ghanaians who have been made privy to the piece of information have expressed their sadness at the incident.
Road traffic accidents continue to be a serious public health and development issue in Ghana.
They are among the top ten causes of mortality, accounting for 2.54 percent of the country’s yearly GDP.According to current data, between January and July 2021, around 8 fatalities and 43 injuries were recorded daily on Ghana’s roadways.
